When you do... You teach.

Have you always wanted to be a real estate agent, but don't know how to get started? Or maybe you're already licensed but not doing as well as you had hoped?

Real Estate

Pre-License Classes

Julie Longtin has been a leader in the Rhode Island real estate market and is emerging in Massachusetts for over 25 years. She has advised high-net-worth builders, developers, investors, and non-profits on real estate acquisitions and dispositions for profitable results.

Julie has served on multiple Boards of Directors, spoken on panels, and presented for private investment groups. She was interviewed by the Associated Press (AP) for five years as a local expert, including in MONEY Magazine’s “After the Boom.”

During COVID, Julie, unable to show property due to an autoimmune disease, taught real estate pre-license classes on ZOOM for MA. This sparked her passion for teaching. In collaboration with the Rhode Island Association of Realtors, she developed three classes approved for continuing education credits and is a licensed Pre-license Instructor in RI and MA.

She also coached over 200 agents in Boston's largest leasing offices and led private first-time homebuyer workshops. Julie consults and strategizes for investors of all sizes.
