Julie Longtin has been a leader in the Real Estate Industry for 30 years. Within her tenure, she has been a licensed Real Estate Appraiser, Top Residential and Commercial Broker recipient of many National Awards, including Top Agent by RE/MAX, and publicly traded CoStar Commercial Group. Inclusive of her tenure are the roles of Manager and Coach to agents independently for 15 years working with up to 225 agents. Maintaining a Real Estate Brokers license in Rhode Island and Massachusetts, Julie currently holds the designations of Certified Real Estate Negotiator Expert (RENE), Commercial and Investment Real Estate Certified (CIREC), member of CCIM institute and Board of Directors for the Rhode Association of Realtors.
Julie is available for individual or group coaching, Homeowner’s/Home Buyers workshops, Consulting and Expert Testimony. The scope of study for Real Estate related strategies or concerns can be defined per the individual, project or property and Expert testimony experience for legal court situations, proceedings or claims.

Home Buyer Workshops, are they for me?
I feel that it is important for every buyer, not just first time home buyers, to educate themselves on the process to avoid common pitfalls that many home buyers fall into.
This class is interactive and engaging. We walk you through the steps of purchasing a home from start to finish. You will learn how to interview Realtors/Lenders and also how to set priorities and be best prepared and equipped to tackle this very difficult market. We will address what to look for in a physical structure and what can be potential “Red Flags” to a Buyer, Real Estate Appraiser or potentially the Lender.
We will also give you tips and strategies to utilize posturing factors that reflect more well received offers in this competitive market. You will learn all of this and much more!!! Whether you are a first time home buyer or have bought and sold multiple properties, this class will keep you engaged and provide you with valuable information. Markets and requirements constantly change and we will guide you through the home buying journey.
